🎯 About the Role

As InfraStack AI’s AI Lab Lead, you’ll establish and lead our AI Engineering Lab in Ankara. This is a uniquely strategic role, where you'll build from the ground up, recruiting and mentoring world-class AI engineers and researchers in Türkiye. With your dedicated hiring budget, you'll have full autonomy to assemble a powerhouse team that will pioneer innovative AI products and capabilities, positioning InfraStack AI at the cutting edge of technology.

You'll collaborate closely with leadership, driving ambitious technical roadmaps and shaping the vision for transformative AI products. Exceptional technical expertise, leadership, communication, and entrepreneurship are essential, as you'll actively shape both our technical direction and company culture.
